Reservation, Amendment and Cancellation Information

Once you start travelling, room reservations are essential before you check in to your accommodation. You can prebook with us prior to your arrival in New Zealand, or purchase open-dated vouchers and book-as-you-go once you are here. Pre-booked accommodation is recommended between October and April.

Please note: If you book-as-you-go directly with the motels/hotels, you will be required to quote your credit card details to guarantee your booking.  All major credit cards are accepted.  Your credit card will only be charged if you fail to arrive.

Accommodation Cancellations: Cancellation deadline: by 4pm, 24 hours before the date of stay. Cancellations must be made via our tollfree phone or direct with the property that is being cancelled. Failure to cancel your reservation by this deadline will result in full cancellation charges, which will be billed to your credit card.  When you do cancel please ensure you obtain a cancellation number from the motel/hotel.
